These can be set to control who can book time to which jobs and projects

Roll Based System

Time booking in EC Automator is fully Role Based so if you have employees who do different jobs on different projects or on the same project (for instance a site supervisor who also works on the tools) you can book time depending on the work done on the day. You can also have multiple Rates set up to account for overtime, weekend work or other special circumstances. Huge flexibility and real efficiencies.
